Assistant Marketing Manager

We're looking for a driven and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager to lead branding, communications, digital marketing, and outreach in a fast-paced startup. You'll work closely with leadership to build brand presence, execute campaigns, and drive growth.

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Own content, social media, PR, and brand communication while ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Conduct market research, analyze campaign performance, and provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.
• Manage marketing budgets, external partners, and mentor interns/junior team members.

• MBA (Marketing) or equivalent; related fields also considered.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, branding, or PR, preferably in a startup.
• Strong communication, content creation, digital marketing, and project management skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, MS Office/Google Workspace, and platforms like Canva or Meta Business Suite.
