Job Description:

Product Portfolio Management

  • Monitor Dental portfolio performance against goals, analyze & recommend strategies for achieving the Product Mix sales & gross margin goals.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, clinical education, trade marketing, and customer engagement channels
  • Creates plans and policies related to marketing activities including development of marketing objectives and strategies
  • Drive digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and paid promotions
  • Own the product complaint redressal process working with the technical, QC & Supply Chain teams
  • Build strong engagement programs for dentists, channel partners, DSOs, and key opinion leaders
  • Plan and execute workshops, symposiums, conferences, trade shows, and customer activation programs across India
  • Manage relationships with channel partners, dental associations, agencies, vendors, and creative partners
  • Oversee development of marketing collateral, scientific content, educational assets, and branding initiatives
  • Analyze business and campaign performance metrics to generate actionable insights and optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, clinical affairs, finance, supply chain, and regional marketing teams
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with healthcare, regulatory, and corporate compliance standards
  • Support portfolio launches, pricing strategies, and market development initiatives to drive business growth
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI and business impact

New Product Launch

  • Gather insights from brand owners, influencers and channel partners about various needs in relevant areas
  • Supports new product development and introduction efforts through data gathering. Summarizes the Voice of Customer.
  • Successful New Product launches & driving Sales through customer engagement programs

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • MBA Preferred - Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 6-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, dental, or consumer products
  • Minimum 3-4 years experience in brand management, digital marketing, and commercial marketing execution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with data-driven decision-making capability
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional and regional teams
  • Experience managing agencies, events, and channel marketing programs is preferred
