Assistant Manager

We're currently looking for experienced professionals from the Tyre Manufacturing Industry to join our Technology Division for the role of Assistant Manager – Curing Technology (Heat Engg.) at our Dahej plant.

Reporting to: Process Owner

Role Highlights:

Thermocouple & Blow Point studies for new size releases and nitrogen curing

Cure cycle optimization, compound development & bladder trials

New bladder development (defect reduction, cost saving, supplier development)

Scrap & defect reduction through process improvement

New curing press industrialization & nitrogen cycle validation

SCADA development, SOP creation & system monitoring

Daily troubleshooting in tyre curing operations

Supplier trials for bladder paint, mold lube & curing materials

KRAs include:

• Scrap & defect reduction

• Hot repair reduction

• Bladder life improvement

• Cure cycle reduction

• Outer paint elimination

Qualification:

B.E. Rubber Technology OR B.E. Mechanical Engineering (with tyre industry experience)

Key Skills:

• SCADA analysis for curing operations

• 7 QC Tools

• Advanced Excel

• Strong knowledge of tyre curing & heat engineering

• Good cross-functional coordination

MUST HAVE : Candidates must have experience in the Tyre Manufacturing Industry
