Design, build, and maintain advanced Workday reports across HCM, Talent, Absence, Time Tracking, and Recruitment modules.
Ability to work through other HRIS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, LinkedIn Learning) will be preferred
Apply AI and automation tools to streamline reporting processes and generate predictive insights.
Ensure consistency, data accuracy, and compliance across reporting outputs
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Develop dashboards and visualizations to support strategic HR initiatives.
Workday Configuration & Support
Collaborate on configuration and enhancement of business processes across HR systems.
Support data flow integration and unified reporting across platforms.
Maintain appropriate access controls and data security standards.
Strategic HRIS Initiatives
Contribute to the HR technology roadmap with a focus on unified reporting and analytics.
Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and improved service delivery.
Support change management and training related to new reporting tools or processes.
Create presentations and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
