Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Agartala. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth team collaboration, and implement key strategies to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, assisting in project execution, analyzing metrics, preparing reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The Assistant Manager will also liaise with clients to maintain relationships and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to the growth of WebOptive's digital marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in team management and coordination, along with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
  • Strong project management skills, including task delegation, prioritization, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Experience in digital marketing and internet marketing tools, trends, and platforms.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills to monitor performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges and achieve business targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is an advantage.
  • Telecalling and Prospecting new clients.
