About The Role

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Web Analytics Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), along with expertise in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualization. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills in English, and be passionate about turning data into actionable insights that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage tracking setups using Google Tag Manager (tags, triggers, variables, custom events).
  • Configure and maintain GA4 properties, event structures, conversions, and audience definitions.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of user behavior, website performance, and marketing campaign outcomes.
  • Build automated dashboards and reports using Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tracking issues, data discrepancies, and reporting gaps.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define measurement frameworks.
  • Conduct A/B testing and support CRO initiatives with proper tracking.
  • Maintain documentation for tagging frameworks, analytics setup, and data pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with GTM and Google Analytics 4.
  • Strong understanding of event-based analytics, attribution, and data governance.
  • Experience building dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for GTM implementations).
  • Excellent communication skills in Englishboth written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into insights and clear business recommendations.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Heap Analytics.
  • Experience with BigQuery, server-side tagging, or mobile app analytics (Firebase).
  • Understanding of CRM, CDP, or attribution tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM metrics and digital marketing KPIs.
