Responsibilities
- Drive outbound, inbound, and online admissions through phone calls, emails, and live chats.
- Convert leads into enrollments for certification programs, executive education, and online
- Counsel and guide prospective learners by understanding their career goals, domain expertise, and interests.
- Make 100-150 calls per day to engage with leads, conduct follow-ups, and drive conversions.
- Generate referrals through existing students, alumni, and professional networks.
- Ensure timely achievement of weekly and monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and conversions in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a great learner experience.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in sales.
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated ability in sales pitching, objection handling, and urgency creation.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills to provide personalised program recommendations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel, and other lead management tools.
- Knowledge of executive education, online MBA programs, or technical certifications.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced EdTech or startup sales environment will be an added advantage.
