Overall supervision of day-to-day warehouse operations at the 3PL location.
Ensure timely inbound, outbound, and dispatch operations as per SLA and TAT.
Monitor inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation, and cycle counts.
Ensure adherence to safety standards, housekeeping, and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with 3PL staff, transporters, and internal teams for smooth operations.
Track and improve warehouse productivity, space utilization, and manpower planning.
Ensure proper documentation, GRN, invoicing, and system (SAP/TMS/WMS) entries.
Monitor damages, shortages, claims, and drive corrective actions.
Implement process improvements to reduce cost, errors, and turnaround time.
Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS reports on inventory, dispatch, and performance.
