Assistant Manager - Valmo

Key Deliverables

1. Lead strategic initiatives under the Valmo charter, driving user-centric, scalable logistics solutions.
2. Execute 0-to-1 programs from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs.
3. Collaborate across product, tech, analytics, and operations to drive fulfilment efficiency.
4. Identify and plug process gaps through data-backed insights and continuous improvement.

Role Responsibilities

1. Manage multi-functional internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program outcomes.
2. Use first-principles thinking and deep data analysis to challenge existing practices and innovate solutions.
3. Own program metrics and deliver regular performance tracking and reporting.
4. Represent the voice of the user (entrepreneur, customer, supplier) in all strategic decisions.
