Optimise Process performance
Ensure collection of exact performance data and compare accuracy like generation of steam, Condensate recovery, Water Consumption, COmpressed Air Usages.
Monitor and improve Efficiency of Air Compressor, Refrigeration Plant, Boiler, DHU and Vaccum Pumps.
Control the expenditures of maintenance, raw materials and utilities account and ensuring they are within budget
Implementation of PO in his function with support from Utility Manager
TRAIN AND MOTIVATE TEAM Members.
Implementation of the PO in Utilities and monitoring its progress.
Help Team members to participate in the problem solving process,Generate gap lists and manage conclusion.
Focused Improvement in Area Assigned as a FPR.
Coaching and mentoring Hourly associates as required
SAFE AND HEALTH WORK ENVIRONMENT
Equipment safety inspections are done
Safe working procedures specific to process are documented and users are trained in their use
Personal protective equipment is used and maintained in good working condition by employee. Generally neat and tidy and free and waste.
DOCUMENTED WORK PRACTICES
Effective and continuous equipment maintenance databank updated
Monitor that the work orders are being filled on a regular basis and the works been undertaken
