Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager for the User Retention and Engagement team at foundit.ai. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing effective campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement, improve retention, and enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:
Execute best-in-class campaigns: Implement and manage campaigns across various communication channels, including email, Whatsapp, web push, app notifications, and more. Develop compelling content and creative strategies to effectively engage and retain customers.
Track and analyze marketing data: Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, user feedback, campaign results, conversion rates, and website traffic. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns and enhance customer experiences.
Optimize user funnels: Collaborate closely with Product and UX teams to identify and improve conversion rates by refining the customer journey. Identify and address friction points to create a seamless experience for users throughout their interaction with our platform.
Propose new initiatives: Continuously propose and implement innovative initiatives to enhance activation and conversion metrics. Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive growth and improve user retention.
Analyse user data: Collect and analyse data related to user acquisition, attrition, and churn rates. Identify trends, patterns, and insights to inform decision-making and develop strategies for improved retention and growth.
Routine reporting: Generate routine reports on all aspects of membership retention and growth. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize seeker engagement and retention strategies.
Maintain user database: Ensure accuracy and integrity of the user database through routine maintenance updates. Work closely with relevant teams to ensure data quality and consistency.

Qualifications:
2-5 years of relevant experience in growth and retention, preferably in a fast-paced digital environment.
Postgraduate in Marketing or Management
Advanced Excel skills required for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong planning and organization skills to effectively manage work activities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Collaborative approach with a high attention to detail, striving for accuracy and shared wins.
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Clevertap, Moengage, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
