Key Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles (sourcing to

onboarding).

  • Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals,

and databases.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and quality metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment systems

Preferred Education

Master's Degree

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • 4+ years of overall recruitment experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of recent or current experience in US recruitment (Mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of US hiring practices, processes, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset.
  • Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements

Preferred technical and professional experience

  • Willingness to work 5 days from IBM Manyata office (Bangalore).
  • Comfortable working in night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
  • Immediate to 30 days notice period.

Preferred / Good To Have

  • Experience working with Workday ATS is preferred.
  • Experience in recruiting for the US Hospitality industry.
