This position will be part of the PAN-India Finance team responsible for a range of accounting, finance and treasury functions, and including the cash management, banking structure and relations, loans, compliance and major financial transaction reviews.
Job Responsibilities - Monthly book closing, year-end process, statutory audit, internal audit / other audit-related matters.
- Monitoring fund position and manage bank account related operations.
- Manage cash and loan, bank relations and compliance, DEMAT Account operations, and accompanying documentation work.
- Assist in any financing or fund-raising projects for the Group.
- Track all fund requirements at the Group, prepare cash flow budget / forecast and provide treasury support whenever required, for the Group s investment and divestment activities.
- Oversee cash position by preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analysis, investment team banking, daily operational banking functions, prepare cash and investment reporting to the management.
- Manage the capital structuring and fund draw-down by providing optimum capital structure advice to Investment Management / Asset Management team to maximise Returns-on-Investments.
- Periodic review and updating of treasury related processes, coordinate with Group Treasury Team in Singapore and responsible for managing the SAP TR module.
- Ensure compliance to group CSA requirements with proper upkeep of documentations and processes.
Job Requirements - MBA or Postgraduate in Accountancy, Finance, Economics, Banking, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognised Universities.
- At least 5 to 8 years of relevant finance and treasury working experience in a multinational corporation.
- Familiar with the money and debt capital markets, loan / ISDA documentation and financial analysis / modelling.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office with advanced MS Excel skills.
