Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 23 yearsof post-qualification experience in Transfer Pricing.
  • Preferred background: Big 4or Tier-1 consulting firmexperience in TP compliance and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Corporate Tax Law, OECD TP Guidelines, and transfer pricing methods.
  • Proficiency in MS Exceland PowerPoint; experience with benchmarking databasesis an advantage.

Job Description:

Acquara Management Consultant Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Manager Transfer Pricingto support and manage transfer pricing compliance and documentation for a portfolio of UAE-based entities.

The role involves preparation and review of related party control sheets, benchmarking studies, and TP documentation while ensuring full compliance with UAE Corporate Tax Law and OECD standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Transfer Pricing Compliance & Technical Review:

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly related party transaction reportsand control sheets for UAE operations.
  • Coordinate with management to discuss and validate related party transactions.
  • Conduct benchmarking analysesusing global databases and prepare TP documentation.
  • Analyze financial statementsfor TP implications and ensure compliance with UAE CT requirements.
  • Interpret and implement UAE Corporate Tax Lawand relevant TP regulations.
  • Handle routine queriesrelated to transfer pricing compliance and reporting.
  • Collaborate with finance and tax teamsto ensure data consistency and accuracy.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)for TP documentation.
  • Monitor work progress, deliverable quality,and adherence to timelines.
  • Ensure standardization and consistencyacross all TP deliverables.
  • Prepare and share status updateson TP compliance and documentation.
  • Manage multiple engagements effectively to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Use MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)for data analysis, presentations, and reports.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of TP methods, Corporate Tax and Transfer pricing Law, and OECD guidelines.
  • Analytical Skills:Ability to analyze financial data and identify transfer pricing implications.
  • Communication:Clear and concise verbal and written communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Organization & Time Management:Capable of managing multiple clients and meeting deadlines.

Leadership:Ability to mentor junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.
