Role Description:

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile transactions & handle financial due diligence. You'll play a critical role in performing financial analysis, assessing business performance, and delivering value-driven insights to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
  • Prepare and review sections of due diligence reports
  • Assist or lead assignments while reporting to Managers or Partners
  • Analyze and validate data accuracy, liaising directly with clients and third parties
  • Support business development efforts including proposal creation
  • Draft engagement letters and demonstrate awareness of risk and technical standards
  • Mentor and contribute to the development of junior team members
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a credible representative of Mazars
  • Travel as required for client engagement within India or internationally

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
  • 2.5 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Services or a similar environment (Audit/Accounting/Advisory)
