Role Description:
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile transactions & handle financial due diligence. You'll play a critical role in performing financial analysis, assessing business performance, and delivering value-driven insights to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth financial analysis and due diligence
- Prepare and review sections of due diligence reports
- Assist or lead assignments while reporting to Managers or Partners
- Analyze and validate data accuracy, liaising directly with clients and third parties
- Support business development efforts including proposal creation
- Draft engagement letters and demonstrate awareness of risk and technical standards
- Mentor and contribute to the development of junior team members
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as a credible representative of Mazars
- Travel as required for client engagement within India or internationally
Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
- 2.5 to 4 years of post-qualification experience in Transaction Services or a similar environment (Audit/Accounting/Advisory)
