About the Role

Role purpose: Own endtoend recruiter and account manager training (India, UK and GCC) on JobDiva, US Tech AI Suite, AMT and related tools, ensuring adoption, compliance, and productivity improvement. Drive process excellence through audits, MIS, and ISO/ISMSaligned reporting and documentation for staffing operations and job board usage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AMT, ELT and recruiter training programs, including onboarding, refresher, and advanced modules.
  • Deliver JobDiva CRM/ATS and UDF customization training; build rolebased curricula for recruiters, account managers, and leadership teams.
  • Manage organizational rollout of new IT and AI tools (including AI integrations in JobDiva and US Tech AI Suite) and drive adoption through structured changemanagement trainings.
  • Plan and facilitate monthly India and UK staffingspecific trainings, ensuring alignment with GCC business priorities and client SLAs.
  • Provide recruitment domainspecific training across IT, Electronics, and Semiconductor hiring, including sourcing, screening, and compliance best practices.
  • Conduct Training Needs Identification, Analysis, and Evaluation (TNI/TNA/TNE) and measure training ROI using agreed KPIs and dashboards.
  • Design and execute communication, call etiquette, DNC, ISO 27001/ISMS awareness, and processcompliance trainings in line with information security and quality standards.
  • Own MIS and analytics for all Training & Process Excellence programs (ELT, AMT, QC), including regular reporting to leadership and for ISO audits.
  • Oversee JobDiva process audits: data quality, workflow adherence, submission statistics, resume management, and DNC protocol compliance.
  • Audit job posting requests within JobDiva, control access rights, and ensure correct mapping to boards and portals.
  • Post, manage, and periodically audit job requisitions across external job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed) and US Tech career pages to ensure compliance with internal standards and vendor contracts.
  • Support LinkedIn divisional access, page and repository management for recruitment and branding teams.
  • Design, maintain, and continuously improve SharePointbased Training, QC, and documentation sites as central knowledge repositories.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to source, validate, and reconcile reporting from job boards and other platforms.
  • Ensure documentation, SOPs, and training materials meet ISO and internal audit requirements, and support external and client audits.

Qualifications

  • Minimum education: BTech in Engineering (any discipline).
  • 37 years of experience in training, quality, or process excellence roles within US staffing/recruitment, HR operations, or IT services.
  • Handson experience with JobDiva (or similar ATS/CRM), job boards (CareerBuilder, Monster, Dice, Indeed) and corporate career portals is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to ISO 9001 / ISO 27001 / ISMSdriven environments and audit or compliance support is desirable.

Required Skills

  • Advanced user of JobDiva or equivalent ATS/CRM, including reporting, UDFs, and workflow configuration.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint, and data visualization for training and QC MIS.
  • Working knowledge of job boards (CB, Monster, Dice, Indeed) including posting, analytics, and vendor reporting.
  • Proficiency with SharePoint CMS for site administration, document libraries, and permission management.
  • Understanding of information security awareness concepts and ISO/ISMS training requirements.

  • Analytical and detailoriented mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements in training and process.
  • High ownership, ability to work independently, and comfort managing multiple parallel training and audit initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong business English and clear presentation style.
  • Continuousimprovement orientation with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and building capability in others.
