About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead sales training initiatives for a Degree Sales team in the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales training, coaching, and improving sales team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver structured induction, onboarding, and refresher training programs.

- Conduct Product Knowledge Training (PKT), sales process training, objection handling, and consultative selling sessions.

- Ensure new-hire certification and sales readiness within defined timelines.

- Identify training gaps and develop targeted learning interventions.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and sales performance metrics.

- Create and maintain training materials, sales playbooks, SOPs, and learning resources.

- Conduct role-plays, mock calls, and coaching sessions to improve sales capability.

- Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.

- Participate in interviews and assess candidates sales readiness.

- Track post-training performance and recommend improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.

- 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Sales Enablement.

- Mandatory experience in EdTech Sales Training.

- Experience training Degree Program Sales teams is highly preferred.

- Strong knowledge of consultative selling, objection handling, coaching, and quality improvement.

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience managing classroom and virtual training programs.

- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and CRM tools.
