Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth project execution, manage energy procurement processes, and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will also involve developing and implementing strategic solutions, preparing detailed reports, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Proven skills in operations management, project coordination, and team leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in data analysis and report preparation
• Regulatory knowledge and expertise in energy procurement processes and power sector solutions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction and collaboration
• Proficiency in using software tools for data management and reporting
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects effectively
• Relevant industry experience in energy solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, energy management, or a related field
