Key Responsibilities
- Analyse tender documents to evaluate technical specifications, commercial terms, eligibility criteria, compliance requirements, EMD/PBG conditions, delivery timelines, and competition risk before bid participation.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in:
- Defence establishments including Army, Navy, and Air Force.
- Police departments and paramilitary organizations.
- Government universities, colleges, and sports campuses.
- Smart city, municipal corporation, and urban infrastructure projects involving open gyms, wellness centres, or sports infrastructure.
- Align company product specifications with tender requirements and coordinate internally to ensure technical compliance, catalogue readiness, certifications, and commercial competitiveness.
- Engage with relevant authorities, consultants, sports faculty, procurement teams, and project influencers to understand upcoming requirements and, where permitted, help shape fitment of specifications around suitable product categories and standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with procurement officers, sports officers, physical education heads, engineering teams, consultants, and institutional decision-makers to improve visibility and qualification chances.
- Track competitor brands, bid participation patterns, pricing benchmarks, technical positioning, and tender award trends in fitness equipment and sports infrastructure markets.
- Monitor upcoming government projects related to gyms, wellness centres, sports complexes, university fitness labs, rehabilitation centres, and outdoor fitness infrastructure, and provide regular project intelligence to management.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as product, legal, finance, supply chain, and service teams for bid documentation, technical submittals, pricing approvals, and post-order execution.
- Support preparation of bid responses, compliance statements, BOQs, commercial offers, product sheets, authorization documents, and post-tender clarifications.
- Maintain a pipeline of target departments, ongoing tenders, upcoming projects, and key influencers using CRM or structured reporting tools.
- Experience with GeM / e-procurement portals if relevant to business, since many public-sector opportunities are routed through structured procurement systems.

- Experience in post-order coordination such as installation, inspection, commissioning, and payment follow-up, especially in institutional projects.
- Ability to forecast upcoming tenders and pre-tender opportunities, not just respond to published bids, since early visibility improves win chances.
