Assistant Manager - Tele Collection North

Key Deliverables:

1. Achieve SLA, KPI, and individual campaign targets across assigned portfolios
2. Drive team productivity through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
3. Prepare performance reports and present improvement areas to management
4. Manage attrition, shrinkage, roster planning, and team recruitment

Role Responsibilities:

1. Lead and motivate 200 operators and 10 team leads in collection operations
2. Allocate resources to optimize contact center performance and service delivery
3. Implement and monitor performance improvement plans across the team
4. Conduct team meetings and manage daily operational activities including shifts
