Eligibility Criteria:
- Monitor projects all tasks ongoing basis, evaluate progress and quality
- Manage issue resolution process, and raise issue/risks as necessary
- Work type and process compliance Quality audit governance
- Create and govern effective process and work closely with stakeholders
- Prepare Management reports as required
- Management of multiple GACs tasks assigned
- Manage Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly calls with the client
- Team and Queue Management
- Ensure all tasks are completed on time as per request from client
Skill set
Good understanding of US Insurance
Any Certification will be preferred (Like LOMA etc)
Experience In Managing Intra-team Management And Coaching Skills
Excellent understanding of Excel, Powerpoint and Documents creation
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to clearly communicate/articulate technical and functional issues with conclusions and recommendations to Leadership/stakeholders (via weekly, monthly and Quarterly status report)
Should be good in reporting to ensure strong governance
