- Responsible for managing Support tasks for EDMS, FILFLAN, BRAAVOS FTC, PORTIA & NEMO
- The major responsibilities include service ticket analysis and closure, patching activities, health monitoring, analyzing permanent solutions for the fixes and getting them fixed and tested in UAT and Change Management and implementation for EDMS, FILFLAN, BRAAVOS FTC, PORTIA & NEMO
- This role involves providing support related tasks and managing end-to-end application functionality.
Responsibilities include closure of service tickets within the SLA, monitoring and ensuring health checks of all applications are reporting fine and providing support to end users by providing high quality of support & delivery.
