We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to take on the role of Assistant Manager - Technology in our GTB- AMS-GTB department. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our technology systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Flexcube and a proven track record in leading and supporting large-scale banking technology projects.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for the implementation and support of Oracle Flexcube in a large banking environment.
- Ensure effective incident, change, and problem management processes are in place and followed.
- Monitor and manage a large infrastructure inventory, including both cloud and non-cloud environments, with a focus on security and performance.
- Identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure components.
- Provide hands-on expertise in Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies and their applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and support.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.
- Extensive experience in Oracle Flexcube implementation and support in a large banking environment.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team for Production Application Support, utilizing ITIL processes.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Digital Banking platform and its applications.
- Hands-on experience with Database SQL/PLSQL, JAVA J2EE, and Microservices.
- Proficiency in managing and monitoring large infrastructure inventories, including server management.
- Ability to identify and address security vulnerabilities in applications and infrastructure.
- Understanding of Weblogic and Oracle technologies, with the ability to apply them effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking industry.
