Adherence of Nissan Warranty policy and procedure
Dealer claims analysis, validation, and Processing (Warranty, RSA, LRSA, EV Battery claims) Support Dealer/vendor query on Warranty system, policy, and Procedure Content Management System (CMS) & Support Line Tool Specialist Market Governance Top X Co-ordination Claim Mask Creation

MAJOR ACTIVITIES
Approved/rejected 8D warranty parts analysis reports
Claim Analysis & Supplier Chargeback Reporting
Improve supplier chargeback recovery ratio
- Review supplier submitted 8D warranty parts analysis reports (WPAR) according to Nissan standard report requirement.
- Approve or reject report based on content of 8D WPAR vs Nissan standard
- Provide detailed response to supplier if report is to be rejected
- Data analysis of all warranty claims to understand recharge per vehicle/supplier/PFP
- Data analysis of top value contributing PFP to seek opportunities to increase SCB identifying target items
- Study countermeasure details & history
- Benchmark best practices from NSC globally
- Reporting of warranty SCB KPI on monthly basis to management

- Maintain % of validation rules at HQ and RBU level to ensure normal business operation
- NSC communication: content management system message to be validated and raised within fixed time following identification of issue
- High cost warranty claim items to be analysed and escalated monthly with proposed countermeasure (e.g. pre-authorisation rule, bulletin etc)
- Regular reports to be issued within
- 95% warranty claim allocation to responsible manufacturer/supplier within 24 hours

Educational Qualifications
Diploma / BE - Mechanical, Automobile, or equivalent with 5-6 years of experience
Relevant Experience
Hands on experience (+4 Yrs) supplier recovery
Hands on experience in Parts Quality Assurance in OEM or Supplier
Sound experience on Data Analytics and solution generation
Must have advanced level skill on Microsoft Office - Excel, word, PowerPoint,
Should have good understanding on dealer/vendor warranty process

Good know how of Microsoft office to prepare management presentations.
