Detailed responsibilities
Strategic Planning, Leadership, and Resource Management
- Set strategic direction for training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Manage training budgets and oversee resources
Training Needs Analysis, Program Design, and Development
- Lead the design and development of innovative training programs
- Ensure programs meet business needs and maintain industry standards
- Responsible for Anchor program management (part of MDP), maintaining dashboards
Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, and Innovation
- Establish quality standards for training delivery
- Monitor program outcomes and implement improvements
- Plan the annual benchmarking exercise including job study, overseeing the creation of assessments, and data analysis and identification of inferences and recommendations
Team Performance Management and Development
- Manage and lead teams of lead trainer and training specialist
- Conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Conduct calendarized Classroom Observation Sessions (CROS) for the trainers, documenting the feedback and development plan for the trainers
Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact with VLs for training initiatives on training coverage, participation status and training outcomes
Geo Responsibility
Oversee training operations (CSB) across multiple delivery centers (typically more than two), ensuring consistency in training delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to organizational standards
Skills:
- Strong strategic leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced expertise in training methodologies, program development, and performance evaluation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Learning Management Systems, and content authoring tools.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.

Experience:
Experience: 4-7 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the service or healthcare industry is highly desirable
