Role Overview
You will be responsible for leading high-volume hiring for international businesses, managing Team Leaders and their recruiter teams to ensure timely and quality hiring delivery. This role is critical to meeting client ramp-ups, SLAs and business demands in a fast-paced, target driven environment
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end hiring for international business across multiple roles and campaigns
- Manage, mentor and review team leaders, ensuring recruiter productivity, hiring quality and target achievement
- Oversee execution of hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment initiatives
- Monitor recruitment metrics including conversion ratios, offer-to-join, drop-offs etc.
- Ensure seamless coordination with onboarding, operations and HR Teams for smooth candidate joining
- Maintain data, dashboards, and compliance documentation aligned with internal and client standards
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and drive process improvements to enhance speed, quality and candidate experience
Key Skills and Competencies
- Strong experience in volume hiring for BPO (International Business)
- Proven capability in handling Team Leaders and large recruitment teams
- Strong stakeholder and client-aligned mindset, Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills
- Hands-on exposure to ATS, job portals, referrals and hiring channels
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduates (MBA/PGDM is an added advantage)
- Asst Manager Experience (Min. 1 year) or TL experience on paper (Min. 2 years)
- Prior experience with international BPO hiring is strongly preferred
