The Talent Acquisition team at Xceedance supports end-to-end recruitment across critical business roles. We are looking for a hands-on recruitment professional with mandatory experience hiring for Actuarial and/or P&C Insurance roles.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment and other HR activities.
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
- Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.,
- Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct interviews.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Maintain candidate databases
- Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
- Contributes towards other HR and engagement activities
What you will bring to the Team:
- 6–10 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end Talent Acquisition.
- A professional with educational background as minimum Graduate (MBA in HR preferred).
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be an excellent communicator (oral and written) and possess strong facilitation skills.
- Must be a problem solver and be able to work independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PPT
