Role Purpose -
We are looking for recruiters who can go beyond filling positions and truly act as business partners. This role is designed for someone who embraces technology, data, and automation to free up bandwidth for quality hiring, candidate experience, and stakeholder management. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with business leaders, and co create interview rubrics with HRBPs to ensure structured and high-quality hiring decisions.
Responsibilities we entrust you with -
- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions (intake → sourcing → interviews → closure).
- Drive tech adoption: ATS (TurboHire), HRMS (Darwinbox), Power BI dashboards, and automation tools
- Build and maintain structured interview rubrics with HRBPs and business. Ensure a strong candidate experience: timely updates, closure calls, transparent process.
- Deliver against core TA metrics: TAT, Quality of Hire, Offer-to-Join, NPS. Provide data-backed hiring insights to business leaders; go beyond reporting.
- Partner with interns and guide them on coordination and strategic projects.
- Continuously look for ways to automate repetitive tasks and improve recruiter bandwidth.
What matters in this role -
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in fast paced/startup/tech-driven environments.
- Experience in hiring across Sales, Tech, or Business Operations is an advantage.
- Comfort with tools: ATS/HRMS, Excel/Power BI, and openness to learning automation (Power Automate, Copilot, AI tools).
- Ability to balance speed + quality + experience. Growth mindset - curiosity to learn, experiment, and share best practices.
- Strong in stakeholder management - consultative and confident.
