Job Description

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for diverse roles across engineering and nonengineering domains.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

Talent Sourcing & Screening

  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, employee referrals, and market mapping.
  • Perform preliminary screening to evaluate suitability based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, role expectations, and skills needed.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, drive smooth communication, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Recruitment Operations & Reporting

  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring pipelines.
  • Provide regular hiring status reports and insights to leadership.

Offer Management & Closure

  • Lead offer negotiations while ensuring internal parity and budget alignment.
  • Close candidates within targeted timelines to meet business hiring SLAs.

Employer Branding (Optional Enhancement)

  • Support employer branding initiatives by promoting job opportunities and engaging with potential talent on social platforms.
