Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to lead and manage end-to-end hiring activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, sourcing strategies, and recruitment operations, preferably within a software/IT organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong experience in hiring for IT/Software roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to manage multiple positions in a fast-paced environment.
- Team handling and mentoring experience.
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in sourcing, talent mapping, and market intelligence.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in recruitment reporting and data-driven hiring decisions.
- Proven experience in hiring for the BPO industry and US-based placements.
- Ability to build, nurture, and maintain talent pipelines across multiple skill sets and functions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
