The Impact You'll Own
- Hiring outcomes: Close 10 - 12 critical roles per quarter (Engineering, GTM, Leadership) with >80 % offer-accept and minimal backfills
- Team leadership: Coach and convert an intern group into high-performing full-time recruiters; set goals and clear blockers
- AI-first operations: Build / iterate dashboards in Google Sheets, leverage ChatGPT and similar tools to reduce TATs and surface insights
- Stakeholder partnership: Run structured debriefs, manage negotiations, and keep hiring managers aligned
- Process innovation: Identify bottlenecks and pilot automations to cut our current 80-day time-to-hire in half
Must-Have
- 8-12 years full-cycle recruiting in SaaS/product or comparable tech firms (100500 employees)
- Track record closing mid to senior roles across engineering, AI, GTM, etc
- Prior leadership of small TA teams; comfortable coaching early-career recruiters
- Advanced Google Sheets; hands-on with ChatGPT or similar AI tools
- Strong communicator and negotiator; data-driven problem-solve
Nice-to-Have
- Experience scaling TA brand/EVP initiatives
- Any side projects with AI in HR/people analytics
