Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Analytics & Workforce Reporting
(Contractual Role)
Role Purpose
Build and institutionalize a strong analytics and workforce reporting backbone for Talent Acquisition. The role enables data‑led leadership decisions by translating hiring and workforce data into actionable insights across capacity planning, hiring effectiveness, cost optimization, and vendor governance. The incumbent will work closely with the TA Head, TA leadership, and recruiting teams across India to ensure consistent, accurate, and insight‑driven reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hiring & Workforce Analytics
- Design, automate, and maintain TA dashboards covering:
- Hiring WIP, ageing, offers, joiners, dropouts, and pending cases
- Open requisitions, sourcing mix, and turnaround time (TAT)
- Track end‑to‑end workforce movements:
- Active headcount, notice‑period employees, joiners, leavers, and dropouts
- Perform variance analysis against approved headcount and hiring plans
- Deliver analytics at firm, business unit, competency, and city levels
2. Leadership Reporting & Insights
- Prepare monthly TA MIS, scorecards, and leadership decks for:
- TA Head and TA leadership / business review forums
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses on hiring productivity, bottlenecks, demand–supply gaps, and trends
- Convert complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights and recommendations
3. Cost, Vendor & Sourcing Analytics
- Track and analyze hiring costs including:
- Cost‑per‑hire, vendor costs, and internal vs. external sourcing mix
- YoY comparisons and trend analysis
- Assess vendor and sourcing channel performance:
- Productivity, conversion ratios, utilization, and ROI
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and vendor rationalization
- Support TA budget planning and quarterly forecast revisions
4. Strategic, Governance & Technology Enablement
- Support workforce planning exercises, compensation benchmarking inputs, and ad‑hoc studies led by the TA Head
- Track TA technology initiatives and ATS/ERP rollouts:
- Milestones, adoption metrics, and data governance indicators
- Ensure reconciliation and consistency across ATS, ERP, and Finance data
5. Data Governance & TA Collaboration
- Partner with recruiters, SPOCs, and TA operations to ensure:
- Data accuracy, timely updates, and reporting hygiene
- Standard definitions and a single source of truth
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance across all workforce and hiring data
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of TA dashboards and reports
- Actionability and impact of insights on hiring strategy, vendor decisions, and costs
- Data hygiene, reconciliation accuracy, and audit readiness
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong senior‑leadership storytelling ability
- Hands‑on experience with ATS and ERP systems; strong data extraction, cleansing, and reconciliation skills
- Highly analytical, structured, and business‑oriented mindset
- Strong stakeholder management, written communication, and discretion
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, Analytics, or related discipline
- 5–8 years of relevant experience, including:
- Minimum 3 years in TA analytics, HR MIS, or workforce reporting
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or large multi‑city organizations preferred
- Exposure to high‑volume hiring and leadership reporting strongly preferred
