Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Analytics & Workforce Reporting

Role Purpose

Build and institutionalize a strong analytics and workforce reporting backbone for Talent Acquisition. The role enables dataled leadership decisions by translating hiring and workforce data into actionable insights across capacity planning, hiring effectiveness, cost optimization, and vendor governance. The incumbent will work closely with the TA Head, TA leadership, and recruiting teams across India to ensure consistent, accurate, and insightdriven reporting.

Core Responsibilities

Hiring & Workforce Analytics:

  • Build/automate dashboards for WIP, ageing, offers–joiners, dropouts, requisitions, sourcing mix, TAT, and headcount tracking (incl. variance vs plan).

Leadership Reporting:

  • Own TA MIS, scorecards, and executive decks; deliver insights on productivity, bottlenecks, and demand–supply gaps.

Cost & Vendor Analytics:

  • Track cost-per-hire, vendor ROI, sourcing mix, and trends; drive cost optimization and vendor rationalization.

Strategic & Tech Enablement:

  • Support workforce planning, compensation inputs, ATS/ERP rollouts, and data reconciliation across systems.

Data Governance:

  • Ensure data accuracy, standardization, reporting hygiene, and confidentiality.

Success Metrics

  • Accuracy and timeliness of dashboards
  • Actionable insights influencing hiring and cost decisions
  • Data integrity and audit readiness

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 5–8 years (min. 3 years in TA analytics/MIS/workforce reporting)
  • Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint; ATS/ERP exposure
  • Background: Preference for consulting / large multi-location orgs
  • Strengths: Strong analytics + storytelling, stakeholder management, structured thinking
