Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager System, Analyst-BA- Agentic AI
In this role, you%27ll be part of Genpact%27s transformation under GenpactNext, as we lead the shift to Agentic AI Solutions-domain-specific, autonomous systems that redefine how we deliver value to clients. You%27ll help drive the adoption of innovations like the Genpact AP Suite in finance and accounting, with more Agentic AI products set to expand across service lines.
Responsibilities
.Requirements Gathering: Identify and document product requirements. Ensure that all requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives.
.System Analysis and Design: Lead the analysis and design of systems to meet product requirements. Work closely with technical teams to develop scalable and efficient solutions.
.Business Process Modeling: Develop and maintain business process models to support product development. Use these models to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
.Data Flow Diagrams: Create and manage data flow diagrams to visualize system interactions and data movement. Ensure that data flows are optimized for performance and security.Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
.Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document detailed product requirements
.Skilled in working with technical teams to develop scalable, efficient solutions that enhance product functionality and user experience.
.Proficient in developing and maintaining business process models to support product development initiatives
.Data Flow Diagrams: Expertise in creating and managing data flow diagrams to visualize system interactions and data movement. Adept at optimizing data flows for performance and security, ensuring robust and reliable system operations.Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
.AI Product Development: Oversee the technical aspects of AI product development. Ensure that products are built using best practices and cutting-edge technologies.
.Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance processes to ensure product reliability and performance. Continuously monitor and improve product quality.
.Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies. Drive innovation by integrating new technologies into product development.
