Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Drive Business Ops, monitor and improve key operational metrics
  • Analyze operational & business data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards.
  • Work closely with cross functional departments to resolve issues and improve service quality.
  • Assisting in defining SOPs, tracking, ensuring adherence & execution
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (product, Business Development, support, CRM, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to operational standards and policies.

  • Managed projects or initiatives with clear targets and timelines.
  • Demonstrated measurable impact on operational or revenue metrics
