Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Manager to oversee the hospital's end-to-end procurement, inventory, and supply chain operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the continuous availability of general hospital supplies and essential resources required to support uninterrupted facility operations and patient care. The ideal candidate will optimize procurement processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure all supply chain activities align with hospital KPIs and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Procurement: Plan and manage the buying of all general hospital supplies, facility consumables, and administrative materials, ensuring timely availability.
  • Inventory Management & Optimization: Maintain a tracker to monitor, record, and manage inventory levels across wards and operating rooms to maintain adequate stock availability while minimizing wastage, overstocking, and product expirations.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that all purchased items and supply processes strictly follow healthcare regulations, safety rules, and NABH standards.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Manage the delivery, safe storage, and internal distribution of supplies to keep the hospital running smoothly every day.
  • Cost Control & Analysis: Review how supplies are being used to predict future needs, manage the budget effectively, and find ways to save money without compromising quality.

Qualifications

  • Education: Graduation in any field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, production, or operations management. Experience in hospital domains is a plus.
  • Core Skills: Strong negotiation, inventory forecasting, and vendor coordination abilities. A solid understanding of medical equipment procurement strategies is highly preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Hindi. (Proficiency in Urdu Language is a plus)

  • Timings Monday to Saturday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
