KPI Tracking: Develop and monitor dashboards for key metrics such as Inventory Management, Lead Times, and Material Availability.
Project Management & Launch Execution
Launch Management: Lead the end-to-end execution of new product launches ensuring all milestones meet the commercial schedule.
Strategic Material, Material & Capacity Management
Procurement Strategy: Manage material procurement for all products, including specialized segments.
Resource Optimization: Address capacity constraints and coordinate scale-ups and line transfers to ensure seamless production for new launches.
Packaging Integrity: Oversee artwork development and version control for printed packaging materials to ensure 100% regulatory accuracy.
Compliance & Quality Management
Regulatory Alignment: Ensure all pre-requisites for licensing are submitted on time.
Quality Excellence: Complete all assigned Quality Management System (QMS) tasks and maintain strict adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
Analytical Capability: Ability to synthesize complex data sets (inventory, lead times, regulatory dates) into actionable launch plans.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing process & flows.
Software Proficiency: Advanced Excel (Modelling/Pivot Tables), ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and Project Management tools.
Problem Solving: Strong ability to identify ripple effects in the supply chain when a single component is delayed.
Communication: Ability to translate technical data into clear updates for cross-functional stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree, Any qualification in Supply Chain will be preferable
