What You'll Do
Drive Supply Chain & Logistics Performance
- Manage inbound logistics operations through logistics service providers and freight partners
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency
- Resolve logistics issues and drive sustainable solutions
Lead Optimization Initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, visibility, and productivity
- Analyze logistics data and translate insights into impactful actions
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence projects
Partner with Stakeholders
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams
- Engage logistics providers to improve service performance and accountability
- Facilitate vendor reviews and governance discussions
Support Digitalization
- Utilize systems and analytics to improve logistics visibility and decision-making
- Participate in automation, reporting, and process digitization initiatives
- Drive adoption of technology-enabled solutions across the logistics network
What We're Looking For
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or operations
Experience working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, or logistics service providers
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, SAP, TMS, or logistics analytics tools is a plus
