Assistant Manager, Strategy (Pre-MBA Internship - Fixed Term)

About the Role:

Structured as a Pre-MBA Internship in Strategy, the role is designed for sharp early-career talent preparing for a top-tier MBA, offering direct exposure to CEO across two interlocking mandates: strategy & analytics, and PMO of CEO priority projects.

Fixed tenure: 12–24 months. Strong performers will receive MBA application support - recommendations and access to the Croma network.

What You Will Do:

• Strategy & Analytics (70%): Build dashboards and review packs tracking key business metrics; conduct deep-dive analyses on process metrics; conduct structured benchmarking and sizing
• Drive Transformation on Priority Projects (30%): Own program management of high priority cross-functional initiatives – spanning across growth, profitability, transformation, and customer experience; define charters, milestones, RACI, and review cadences; track execution, flag slippages, and unblock dependencies across various functions

What are we Looking For:

Must-have

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Economics, Commerce, Maths, or related)
• Strong first principles thinking, structured problem solving
• Working knowledge of Excel, SQL and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau)
• Excellent communication skills
• High ownership and intent to learn
