Role Summary
The Assistant Manager Business Development will play a crucial role in driving Gamlaa Bioscapes
growth by identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring
successful execution of sales strategies. This position requires a proactive and strategic professional
with strong communication and relationship-building capabilities to expand the company's market
presence across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue potential business opportunities aligned with the company's goals and
target markets.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth
objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client
needs.
- Build, maintain, and nurture strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and
industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and project teams to ensure
seamless client engagement.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cyclefrom lead generation and proposal development to
negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate sales data, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to enhance
brand visibility.
- Support senior management in developing strategic business plans and initiatives for long
term growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably
within a B2B environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships and networks.
- Strategic thinker with a strong results-driven approach.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also functioning
effectively as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
- 35 years of relevant experience in business development or sales.
