Job Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure materials are issued only against approved SRS.
- Ensure proper inventory control, optimum stock levels, and zero excess or dead stock.
- Custodian of all store materials; prevent mini stores at site locations.
- Monitor material inward, quality and quantity checks, GRN, NRGP/RGP, and system entries.
- Conduct monthly physical stock verification and share accurate MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, SOPs, audits, and SEZ requirements.
- Coordinate with Site, Purchase, Building, and Finance teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor consumables, critical materials, expiry, and stock value trends.
- Oversee invoice verification, approvals, and timely submission to Finance.
- Ensure proper handling of waste materials (E-waste, DG waste, lube oil).
