Key Responsibilities:- Store & Employee Operations
- Act as the first point of contact for Pan India store operations across 25 locations for operation escalations.
- Coordinate store employee onboarding and offboarding, including replacement follow-ups.
- Track and follow up on Pan India store employee IBM mandatory training completion.
- Monitor store team attendance and follow up on deviations.
- Conduct store and warehouse visits.
- Organize weekly / fortnightly Pan India store calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for LL escalations.
- Track B2C courier shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage manpower arrangement for laptop packing activities. Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Serve as the first point of warehouse escalations.
- Coordinate between stores and mother warehouse (FTWZ & DTA).
- Handle warehouse escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up on store-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-store logistics movement.
- Ensure RFD center productivity, on-time receiving, and asset handover.
- Monitor Warehouse SLA and RFD SLA, including monthly RCA preparation.
- E-Way bill Part B management for all shipments Packing Material & Procurement
- Follow up on store packing material requirements.
- Coordinate dispatch of packing materials from the mother warehouse.
- Manage packing material procurement and availability. Store Setup & Inventory
- Support store migration and new store setup activities.
- Coordinate yearly wall-to-wall inventory (twice a year) across Pan India locations.
- Track daily Pan India allocation and return collection details. Billing, MIS & Reporting
- Prepare weekly transport MIS (Forward, Reverse & Bulk).
- Collect and validate monthly store-to-warehouse and warehouse-to-store movement data for CX billing.
- Handle Pan India CX billing inputs collection, validation, and submission to finance.
- Manage vendor billing, including monthly transaction validation and finance submission.
- Handle exceptional CX service requests and ensure correct billing to CX.
- Prepare monthly missed SLA reports with RCA for Pan India stores.
- Prepare data for Monthly MBR, QBR, and ABR reviews.
- Conduct monthly metrics review with IBM. Training & additional projects
- Organize regular ground team training sessions with customers and DHL.
- Support and manage additional projects as assigned.
