- Supervise daily Stores activities ( Materials inward, Inspection, Storage and preservation, Materials outward, Stock Accountability ) and Logistic activities ( Goods inward and outward, Accountability )
- Supervising and training to stores employees, establishing operating system and monitoring the workflow and quality of work to maximize the efficiency and minimize overtime
- Develop operations systems to improve materials handling and storage requirements, inventory controls and shipping methods
- Manage the stores and logistics team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
- Maintaining Stock level with accuracy and control the inventory as per target.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing standards and procedures and by complying with legal regulations
- Preparation of MIS reports
- Managing ability of a team containing min 10 members
- User knowledge in SAP preferable
- Experience in Industrial manufacturing is must.
