Qualification B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA Inter (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Independently manage inventory reconciliation for assigned business channels and locations.

Investigate discrepancies in stock movements, transactions, and accounting records.

Reconcile inventory held with third-party, marketplaces, and logistics service providers.

Manage inventory-related logistics, damage, and loss claims until successful resolution.

Coordinate for physical stock verification and ensure timely closure of inventory variances.

Support audits by providing accurate reconciliation schedules and supporting documents.

Monitor insurance claims for inventory losses and ensure timely recovery of eligible claims.

Review ageing and drive timely closure with cross-functional teams.

Analyze recurring inventory issues and recommend sustainable process improvements.

Support ERP enhancements and automation
