Job Description: Assistant Manager / Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (IT Sales Leadership Hiring).

Location: Noida

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AM/SM Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in leadership hiring for IT Sales and large-scale corporate hiring within reputed IT organizations.

The role requires deep exposure to IT recruitment, Data Centre environments, team handling, and stakeholder management, with the ability to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales leadership roles (Mid to Senior level) across functions and geographies.
  • Manage corporate hiring requirements for large-scale IT organizations.
  • Partner closely with business leaders, sales heads, and senior IT stakeholders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs.
  • Drive hiring for roles linked to IT Infrastructure, Data Centres, Cloud, Managed Services, and Enterprise Solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using multiple sourcing channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, vendors).
  • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters; ensure delivery, quality, and timelines are met.
  • Manage vendor partnerships, recruitment budgets, and hiring SLAs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring policies, processes, and documentation standards.
  • Track and present recruitment metrics, dashboards, and leadership hiring reports to management.
  • Continuously improve hiring processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8-10 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong focus on IT Sales leadership hiring.
  • Proven experience in corporate hiring within large IT / ITES organizations.
  • Strong exposure to IT Recruitment, including roles related to Data Centre Operations, IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, and Enterprise Sales.
  • Hands-on experience in team handling and mentoring recruiters.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to work closely with senior leadership.
  • Strong understanding of sales hiring dynamics, compensation structures, and market mapping.
  • Proficient in using ATS, job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience hiring for IT Services, System Integrators, Data Centre Service Providers, or Enterprise IT Organizations.
