We're Hiring – ERP Team

Open Positions:

  1. Sr. Manager / Sr. Project Manager – ERP (5–9 years)
  2. Assistant Manager – ERP Implementation & Support (4–6 years)

Location: SGT University, Gurugram

Role Summary

The role involves driving the implementation, optimization, and ongoing support of ERP systems across academic and administrative functions. It focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through process digitization, seamless system integration, and effective stakeholder collaboration to ensure maximum ERP utilization across the university.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and management of ERP modules including Admissions, Academics, Examination, Finance, HR, and Student Lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with departments to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and ERP workflows.
  • Manage end-to-end ERP lifecycle activities including configuration, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and deployment.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors and internal technical teams for issue resolution, system upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for process automation and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct user training sessions, develop SOPs, and promote ERP adoption across departments.
  • Monitor system performance, manage support tickets, and ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in data validation, MIS reporting, and development of dashboards for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Relevant experience in ERP implementation/support:

Assistant Manager: 4–6 years

Sr. Manager / Sr. Project Manager: 5–9 years

  • Strong understanding of ERP modules, requirement gathering, and UAT processes.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with University ERP systems.
  • Exposure to AI tools, automation workflows, or analytics platforms.
  • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage cross-functional coordination.
