ü Safety, Quality & Sustainability KPIs are met at the site
ü SQS team is trained & is aware of the Global SQS requirements.
ü Guide & mentor the SQS team in the plant & oversee shift operation
ü India data is updated for Safety & Quality in the Global Data Base
ü Supplier Complaints are addressed by the Supplier in 21 working days with CAPA & Credit Note
- Oversees the Lab Operations & supports lab team in GC & AAS analysis; can guide the team & troubleshoot these equipment
- Has a proactive approach & is able to analyse risks for any new proposed changes.
- Plans & Conducts Vendor Audits (RGB Suppliers, RM, PM & Service Providers)
- Reviews & maintains skill matrix of the SQS team.
- Keeps the Safety & Quality MIS ready & updated
- Analyse non-conformities using tools and arrive at CAPA desirable.
- Promotes correct behaviours through personal example.
