Job Overview: The Sponsorship Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure sponsorships for ETHRworld. This role involves identifying potential sponsors, crafting compelling proposals, managing relationships, and ensuring the successful integration of sponsor benefits into our event.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sponsorship Strategies: Formulate and implement a strategy to achieve sponsorship revenue goals.
  2. Generate Sponsorship Leads: Identify and pursue potential sponsors through research and networking.
  3. Craft and Present Sponsorship Proposals: Create and deliver tailored sponsorship proposals to attract sponsors.
  4. Manage Sponsor Relationships: Build and maintain positive relationships with sponsors to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Coordinate with Internal Teams: Work with various internal teams to integrate sponsor benefits into the event.
  6. Monitor and Report on Performance: Track sponsorship performance and provide updates and insights.
  7. Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Keep informed about industry developments to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3+ years in sponsorship sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the tech or B2B events industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
