Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Guwahati for an Assistant Manager - SOLAR Electrical. The Assistant Manager will manage the planning, design, and implementation of solar electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing electrical maintenance, monitoring power distribution systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, interact with vendors, and lead efforts to optimize energy systems for enhanced efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Electrical Maintenance and troubleshooting electrical systems
• Strong knowledge of Electricity and Electrical Engineering principles
• Experience in Electrical Design with a focus on solar projects
• Understanding of Power Distribution and energy optimization strategies
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage on-site responsibilities and handle physical tasks associated with solar projects
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience with solar energy systems is highly desirable
