Assistant Manager ( Site Execution Engineer )

JOB DESCRIPTION- Deputy Manager ( Project Site Engineer )

Responsibilities and Duties

· Oversee day to day operations of the Site to ensure project execution as per agreed schedule.

· To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others.

· Provide positive direction to execution partners to motivate and implement quality performance.

· Set project goals and oversee projects to completion

· Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries.

· Communicate timely and effectively with clients, designers, contractors & vendors to eliminate delays and blockages in execution.

· Prepare interim and final checklists and reports and submit to the management as required.

· Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and designers in case of deviations as per company principles.

· Handle escalations at site in a professional manner.

· Accurate measurement of the site as a part of site kick-off and recheck process.

· Submission of site measurement report to the designers and clarifying doubts if any.

Requirements & Skills

· Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical.

· At least 7 years of experience with 3 years minimum as a site supervisor.

· Should have preferably worked on implementation of interiors for high end premium Villas/ Residential Projects.

· Basic knowhow of Microsoft programs.

· A two-wheeler with driving licence is must.

· Preferred age – 25 - 35 years
